Our Mission

Our Mission

Heartfelt Heroes reduces recidivism and prevents violence by providing structured mentorship, early intervention, workforce pathways, and reentry support for at-risk youth, young adults, returning citizens, and families across Washington, DC and Prince George’s County, Maryland.

We focus on measurable impact, long-term stability, and building pathways that interrupt the cycle of incarceration before and after system involvement.
