Dalonta Crudup is a visionary leader, activist, and advocate dedicated to empowering at-risk   youth in Washington, DC. As the founder of Heartfelt Heroes, he channels his   lived experiences into creating opportunities for young people to thrive.   Having overcome significant challenges in his own life, Dalonta understands   firsthand the importance of mentorship, mental health support, and community   resources in breaking cycles of adversity.

Born and raised in Washington, DC, Dalonta’s early experiences   with parental incarceration and the foster care system instilled in him a   deep commitment to social justice. His work focuses on youth advocacy,   violence prevention, and community development, ensuring that underserved   communities have access to the resources they need to succeed.

A champion for police accountability and criminal justice   reform, Dalonta leverages his voice and platform to drive meaningful change.   His passion for grassroots activism, combined with his ability to connect   with and inspire young people, makes him a powerful force in the fight for   equity and opportunity.

In addition to leading Heartfelt Heroes, Dalonta is a devoted   father, mentor, and public speaker. His story is a testament to the power of   resilience, and his work continues to transform lives by providing hope and   support to the next generation.

Tiana Ray is a dedicated leader and strategic thinker, serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Heartfelt Heroes. With expertise in operations, finance, and program development, she plays a key role in ensuring the organization’s mission is executed with efficiency and impact.

Tiana holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a focus on Criminal Justice from Bowie State University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from The Catholic University of America. Currently, she is further expanding her expertise by pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Paralegal Studies at George Washington University. Her career has been defined by a deep commitment to social justice, mentorship, and workforce development.

Having overcome personal challenges, Tiana is passionate about helping others build stability and self-sufficiency. She has spent over a decade guiding individuals in career growth, professional development, and financial literacy. Her leadership at Heartfelt Heroes focuses on creating sustainable programs that empower youth and provide them with the tools to succeed.

With a strong background in strategic planning and community engagement, Tiana is instrumental in driving the organization’s initiatives forward. She is committed to fostering resilience, leadership, and opportunity among at-risk youth, ensuring they have the support needed to build brighter futures.
