Heartfelt Heroes is a community-driven nonprofit working to reduce recidivism and expand opportunity for at-risk youth and families across Washington, DC and Prince George’s County, Maryland.
We support pre-teens, teens, young adults, returning citizens, and working families through mentorship, early intervention, workforce pathways, and reentry support designed to create safer communities and lasting opportunity.

Hold On Pain Ends
Designed for youth ages 8–13 showing early behavioral risk factors. This structured program provides trauma-informed workshops, coping skill development, and family resource navigation to prevent early system involvement and strengthen emotional stability.

Dreams in Motion
An 8–12 week mentorship program connecting youth ages 11–17 with mentors in career fields through the Heartfelt Heroes mentorship app (in development), helping participants gain real-world exposure, build life skills, and explore education and career pathways.
